tea time
I really like everything about my Copco teakettle. It is easy to fill with water, the handle does not get hot, and the boiled water flows easily from the spout. I also like the design and color of the tea kettle and the fact that it is small and fits well on my stove. After a long search through a vast array of tea kettles and reviews I finally found a winner!

Very nice but not perfect
Nice size, attractive and kettle material seems durable. Mechanical lever in handle to operate open/close of spout lid could be improved. WD 40 cannot cure lever deficiencies.

Poorly Made!
The small, whistling kettle arrived today, and because it had only 5 reviews, I decided to look at it closely. Admittedly, there is some weight to the bottom, which is a good thing. The flaws in construction are in the upper part of the kettle. The lid is flimsy, thin metal. Most of all, though, the opening was starting to come apart where the water would have to come out when poured, and the button that you push to release the boiling water felt as though it would break. Even though I would not have rejected it because of its size, keep in mind that 1.5 quarts os awfully small. A person with a large hand would not have been able to reach inside to clean it. Needless to say, it is being returned today, and a more substantial one ordered.
