Under normal use, this band broke almost 3 months to the date of which I bought it. On the positive side, the customer service at Hamile was great! With one simple contact, I had immediate feedback from them and notification that they are shipping me a new band. Hopefully the band I received was the exception and the new one lasts! After wearing my white band it looks awful. Dark grey outlines are showing through and make the white band look dirty. It is coming from the inside so nothing will clean it.

In spite of the Amazon description and directions that came with this band, it does not fit my Fitbit Charge 3. Although I tried for about 5 minutes, this band will not snap in place and it's no wonder- the connector in the bands looks nothing like the connector on my original Fitbit 3 band.Thank goodness it was cheap.

Easy to swap band. Purchased in black and it fits perfectly just like original band. Would like to purchase more. A bit concerned about the color quality/durability of the lighter colors based on reviews. Darker colors seem to be the safer choice given the dark colored inner material used.

I purchased this on July 6th and it broke today. Barely lasted 3 months so just be warned. Luckily it was cheap, but still annoying.

Comfort is fine. Durability? No issue after a week. The bands look very much like the band that came with my Fitbit Charger 3, except the metal piece is silver rather than black. Fit is secure to the device. However, BUYER BEWARE on the colored bands. I happily wore the red (more of an orange-red) band for a few days, and then noticed I had developed a rash on my wrist. When I cleaned the band with rubbing alcohol a lot of the red color rubbed off. Probably not worth returning ... but not happy.

The pros- loves the color. Very soft materials with a generous fit.Cons- band does not give me the reliability to stay on. I put my arm in my and the band fell off. My granddaughter turned my wrist to see the time and the band fell off.So for me the band wasn’t reliable to stay on.

This band replacement costs what it should and looks/functions as good as the one sold by Fitbit (at one forth the cost).The Fitbit brand wristbands I've replaced cost $30, and only lasted one year. This band is several months old and still looks brand new.I can't imagine buying a different band when the time eventually comes to replace.

Excellent product and alternative to the OEM band supplied with Fitbit HR Charge 3. The band is almost a 1:1 of the original. The material pattern, specification, quality and feel is just like the original. Not like the cheaper ebay silcon band replacements. Very happy with this product. Particularly when replacement OEM's are very hard to find instore.

Clips on previous product, which only had for a few months broke, so I had to order more. Delivery to a post office box should be an option as I live in the bush and mail delivery is intermittent and in the tropics so the envelope was soaking wet when it was picked up from the letterbox.

Only lasted approx. 4 weeks before the fitment between the fitbit and he strap started to become loose. Would sometimes just fall off. No major reason why this would happen as not misused. Pity as other than that the strap was OK.
