Remember to stir or shake the can or package. The chai is very tasty and reminded me of the holidays when I was a little girl. I did use this chai in cooking, it added some really nice flavor.

This stuff is delicious. I'm obsessed with Blue Lotus Star. This one has a more licorice-y (black) taste, so if you're not into that, steer clear, but if you like that, pick it up now.

I ordered a small package of the Traditional Masala Chai to see if I liked the chai. The ingredient BLACK PEPPER isn't for me. I was wanting to get away from the chai mixes that had too much sugar and extra ingredients that's not good for me. Example: Mystic Chai spiced is so very good but it's addictive. However I found a recipe for Skinny Instant Chai Tea Latte Seasoning Mix that I'm trying. No pepper!
