Beautiful but narrow for a loaf pan
This glass loaf pan is beautifully made but I wanted a loaf pan that I could also make meat loaf etc in and it is much too narrow for that. If you are wanting a "bread loaf" pan only, I would recommend this. I already have one so I returned it for a wider glass loaf pan.

Simple, perfect
Simple- it is what it’s supposed to be. Excellent quality, clean and clear. Heavy enough to seem very sturdy.

No more Pyrex brand for me
After finding out that pyrex bra d stopped using the true formulation (borosilicate) and also from the terrible exploding dish reviews... I tried this brand... they are a long time maker of the proper formulation.... it is working perfectly.... to bad for pyrex, but it is thier own terrible business decision to use plain tempered glass...

Dimensions
The correct length to get a "loaf" but too narrow. it would be perfect if it was 13" L x 5.x" W x 3" T. its 4.6 " wide, the extra 0.5" or 0.6" in the width would make a big difference.

2 problems
(1) There is a patch of rough/porous glass on the inside of the tray - that will become a sticky place for whatever you're baking. (2) It came with a label/pamphlet glued on the inside of the tray, for which you need some magic tricks to take the glue off. Eventually, I managed with essential oils.. Is not easy, believer me! Honestly, is silly and very frustrating: why such a strong glue and why even glued? And why patches of porous glass? Unbelievable. Nope, not good. European, but not good.

Awesome for gluten-free sourdough
I bought this loaf pan specifically to bake gluten-free sourdough. It didn't disappoint: the bread comes out very nicely. The pan is economical but well made, washes easily, handles temperature changes well, and it is pretty sturdy for borosilicate glass. And of course, it is made in Europe. The only thing I am disappointed about is that it has no lid like some of Simax's bigger bakers. So to bake my sourdough I have to use a steaming vessel. But that's not a dealbreaker, and I recently bought another one, so I can bake more loafs at the same time.

Great size
I needed a 1000ml container that fits on my Miele coffeemaker drip tray. This is perfect!
