This is a true tearjerker by Hallmark for Christmas. I absolutely loved the storyline and the movie is well worth the purchase.

Being a veteran is an interesting story to watch.

If you want to watch a truly meaningful Christmas movie, this is it. A family has stopped celebrating Christmas because the son was killed while serving in the Gulf War. That was 12 years previous. Now, the dad thinks it's time to move on; so he goes out and buys Christmas postage stamps and lights. On his way to buy a Christmas tree, he picks up a hitch-hiker, who also served in the Gulf War. The vet has nowhere to spend Christmas Eve, so the dad takes him home. The vet ends up changing the lives of the entire family. The story is very beautiful and has a spiritual edge to it that Hallmark movies rarely have. The production values and acting are also exceptional. I love Christmas movies that include military people, like "The Christmas Card," because you can almost bet the military characters won't be wimps. But this one is probably the best I've seen.

My A Christmas Visitor dvd had excellent quality. The picture the sound everything about this video met my expectations.I also tracked the shipping process and everything was received as stated. I give this shipper and the dvd a five star rating!

I have seen ths movie 4 times on TV. It is such a good movie. It has such a good story to it. I enjoyed this movie so much I had to buy it. I even got it a week earlier than I was expecting. Everyone should have this great movie.

Actually, my husband wanted the "Christmas Visitor" DVD as he had seen it many years ago and liked it a lot. He also asked me to order one for a Christmas Present to our family. It was a good DVD nothing to criticise.However, personally I found it a bit sad but most people I feel would like it despite this. I am not keen on films where the such situations are extremely unlikely to happen in reality. Obviously, this happens with fictional films and storylines. I can't recommend it as its down to personal choice and tastes.Kath. East Yorkshire.
