The lactic acid is a terrible addition for zits/breakouts, it makes them worse. This would only be good for people with dry skin that get those keratin bumps on their arms/back. Too expensive for what it is as well. All I want is a 2-4% salicylic acid spray and Neutrogena has this for a lot less.
