Great for any general outdoor applications, all plastic parts
This Pump Pressure Sprayer offers great value for its versatility, although it's not as robust as some sprayers with metal components. I primarily use it for applying my DIY bug repellent around the house every three weeks. While all parts are plastic, the sprayer provides excellent pressure thanks to its efficient pump mechanism. The relief valve comes in handy, although the pressure does drop quickly, requiring frequent pumping. I appreciate the adjustable sprayer nozzle, which allows me to customize the spray pattern according to my needs. Overall, despite its plastic construction, this sprayer proves to be a reliable and cost-effective option for various applications.

Failed in one year
10/27/22 Update: I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new sprayer for no cost. They did ask for a few pictures and it took several emails. The process was reasonable and responses from them were quick. They shipped a new one quickly as well. They clearly stand by their product and honor their warranty (but i was really close as its just one year - I made it within a few days).I purchased this in October 2021 and by October 2022 it has a crack in the bottom of the tank behind the black base cover. Now it leaks when pumped up. I did not drop or abuse it in any way. It also was never put in my truck or transported. It simply failed. I would never recommend or buy this again.

Handheld wand is plastic and fatigues quickly
Bought this hand pump sprayer to replace a similar type unit over 25 years old. This unit has a structural weakness at the point where the patterned handle meets the base of the switch/lever assembly on the wand. The stock photos show a closeup where you see the lockable handle/lever above, on the wand, with a pressure release knob below.Follow the squeezable handle to the right and just before the lever ends, look down at the slit (joint) between the patterned handle and the body of the lever assembly. Both plastic units are screwed together on a stud with plastic threads. On my 2nd physical use of the product, that threaded stud section weakened and pressurized liquid would foam up past the threads. Thinking it was misthreaded, I unscrewed it only to find the plastic was compromised such that any pressure (up or down) on the wand caused the joint of the threaded stud to weaken. Not to mention the threaded stud was at a 10 degree angle.Bottom line, I cannot spray with the unit because it builds up pressure slowly, loses pressure easily and spurts liquid out of the defective joint. What to do?If I had even a year of use, I'd be somewhat satisfied. But come on, the 2nd actual use??I kept it in a deck box for over a year, until I needed it just the other day.Keep looking folks.

Leaky and poor spray pattern
This item is all plastic. The heavy orange plastic is durable but heavy. The 2 gallon capacity provides a lot of spray between refills. The sprayer suffers from several performance issues. It is all plastic with lots of places to leak. It will unless well tightened. They also tend to come loose, especially the top piece that holds the pump and provides the funnel opening. Be sure you get it really tight and locking and unlocking the pump can make it loose. The pressure release can be bumped and release the pressure. This is also a good way to remove residual pressure before opening to refill. The nozzle does not put out a uniform spray pattern at all settings I have tried. Lastly the body is NOT translucent enough to make the volume marks useful. Standard mix weed killer is invisible through the thick dark orange walls even if the sprayer is set in the low sun shining through from the back side. I use a popular broad leaf weed killer that is light brown in color and it was not visible in the tank. Marks cannot be seen through the filler hole.I would not recommend this sprayer if one that is truly translucent or at least white is available.

works as it should, lite weight, shopping bag style carry strap better than backpack style strap
I bought this because I wanted a way to wash my car in winter. i know right? there's no car wash within 209km of my home and I normally wash by hand. I use 2x 8L buckets of water and in winter I often end up with scratches from large dirt buildup clinging to the road grime.I unpacked and filled this to the max line with cold (tap) water. I pumped it up, about 2 pumps, everything was nice and solid and snug. I filled up 1x 8L bucket of warm (tap) water.7L of water is easy to manage and I started spraying, not needing to pump again for over 60s. I pumped 2.5x, felt the resistance, waited 120s, pumped 4x... I sprayed the entire full size truck and still had over 1L of water left. I used the mist setting and let the water do the work moving the wand up and down. It took 12 minutes to walk around my truck this way but it worked. I also sprayed the wheels which were caked. With all the large particles washed off I used the bucket of soapy water to wash off the road grime, using the sprayer to rinse section by section. This took another 10 minutes.clean truck, over 1L of water left in the sprayer, no scratches. WIN.how long will it last? dont over pump it. I have the same round up container for 7 years still works fine.stop pumping when you feel some resistance. it came with o-rings so I am optimistic about its life span.I really liked I could spray 60-90s continuously before needing to pump 1-2x. Since I talked about my truck not spewed hate about this product, I clearly think this is a decent product. I also like orange.

Best sprayer on the market
I’ve been through a few sprayers that have been badly designed and broke after just a couple of uses. This one is in a league of its own - solidly built, at a good price, and works perfectly.Assembly is a cinch and shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes. Once assembled the sprayer is easy to use, and gives you a consistent and unbroken stream. A nice touch is that they include spare gaskets in the package.I use this exclusively for the garden, although the box lists a few other uses. I doubt this sprayer would be very useful for cleaning a car, but for the garden it’s good value for money and a great sprayer.

A WINNER
It washed my old man's precious Caddy to perfection and I only filled it once with water. Quality product, it gives a decent amount of pressure. Even has a switch to automatically continuously spray without constantly pressing the switch thus killing your thumb. Use the shoulder strap when operation because if you hold onto the tank seal handle, it could slip out of lock and fall to the ground as it once happened to me - just use the shoulder strap and their will be zero problems. Regardless, on the first use it paid for itself by not going to the car wash which is nowadays super expensive (almost $20 in Toronto - in the underground parking at the posh Bay Adelaide Centre they charge a whopping $400 for a single carwash, that must be some carwash) of course I would rather use the money I save on the commercial carwashes to put petrol in my tank - Caddy’s are gas guzzlers. Regardless, well done Vivosun and Amazon, my father thought I was an idiot for trying this but even he was impressed on how his baby (his Caddy) came out sparkling new. Before washing I simply hit the car with simple dish soap & H20 in a spray bottle. Look at that photo, that sparkle would even make Mr. Clean blush from ear to ear.

Well made
I like this unit of the many I have bought. Works really well. I’ve had a two seasons and have not failed. I’ve gone through the winter in the shed usually that’s where they break. Will definitely purchase this again.
