buy these
This is the 2nd set of these linen sheets that I've purchased. I just bought extra pillowcases too. I can't say enough good things. The price point to value is perfect. I visited a friend who had much more expensive linen sheets and had to get some of my own, but I didn't want to spend 500+ on sheets. These are so great. They feel good, they fit right on your mattress, just wonderful.

Exquisite Sheets!
I buy a lot from Amazon and rarely write a review, but these sheets are amazing! I bought a set for my guest house a few months back and have now switched over all the sheets in my main house. They are soft, well made, and just a pleasure to sleep under. Excellent company!

Excellent customer service!!
I had a small problem and customer service was speedy to answer and went above and beyond to remedy it. Amazing…this is the way customer service should be and I’ll remember that because it’s rare these days!! As for the sheets, I love them…soft, comfortable, excellent quality. They washed and dried well (I used low heat in dryer and washed in cold water). I highly recommend the sheets and my mind is still blown by the company’s customer service and how they solved my issue quickly and beyond what I expected! They have earned my trust and I would definitely buy from them again. One more thing, I have become one of those people who only wants linen sheets and I sleep so much cooler now!!

Definitely an excellent value, and definitely better than cotton! So cool and comfy
Update 2022: I've had these sheets for close to 2 years now and still love them!-----I live in Arizona and we've had a heat wave for weeks now. My old cotton sheets were smothering to lay on, even without a top sheet - every point where my body came into contact with the bed would become hot and sweaty. I woke up most mornings to gross, damp sheets; kinda felt like sleeping in a swamp.Linen is supposed to be more breathable and ideal for both hot climates and hot sleepers. I'm on a tight budget and the prospect of paying close to $300 for a basic set of linen sheets was unacceptable, given that I've never so much as touched linen before and had no idea if I would like it. I was also kind of desperate to try anything that might make sleeping at night more bearable, so $130 seemed like a good compromise. I did a ton of reading before I bit the bullet and decided that if linen really is so comfortable and does last 5-10 years, or even 20-30 like some people claim, it was worth a try.The price on these is just right. The stitching is admittedly not the best quality, but after just one night using these sheets I know I love linen. No hotspots between me and the bed, no sweat-bogs in the morning, no waking up in the middle of the night to chug water because I sweated myself dry. I got the natural linen color and I love the textural look and feel of them. The texture is actually not as rough as I'd expected, although I certainly wouldn't call it soft. It's very pleasant to sleep on, however - I love the way the linen drapes over me rather than clings, and the way it catches the air when you toss it over the bed. People have different preferences for texture so linen may not be to everyone's taste, but it is to mine. I will probably branch out at some point and try other brands, but I'm very glad I tried this brand first. It's definitely a huge improvement over my old sheets and a great value.----------A few brief points to make:1. I've never tried any other brand of linen, so I can't speak to the quality compared to others.2. I can say that compared to cotton, these sheets are a godsend. They didn't just absorb sweat better than cotton, I actually sweated less. They feel cool to the touch when I crawl into bed in the evening, and stay that way.3. Although the stitching is not the best I've seen, it's not bad, either. These sheets are worth it if you live in a hot climate or would like to try linen for any other reason. The pockets seem huge and I wasn't sure they would fit properly on my bed, but the elastic is generous enough that it cinched all the extra fabric neatly under the mattress - no chance that the corners will pop off while I sleep. The pillowcases do have an envelope closure.4. I've read some reviews about a bad odor when you first open the package; mine were fine and went directly on the bed.5. I've also read reviews about holes developing in the fabric too soon; I can't speak to that yet, but I'll update later as these sheets age.I will say that linen is said to be more durable than cotton overall, but not as elastic; if you use high heat or crease your sheets too much (throwing them into the dryer in a tangled wad, folding them too tightly in storage, etc) the creases are prone to giving out because the fibers break. I don't know if that has any relevance, but it's good to know for general care. I've also read that fabric softener stiffens the fabric as well as making it less breathable and absorbent; that may also be a factor. If these sheets develop holes even without excessive creasing and fabric softener, I'll make a note of it as that would be a serious quality issue.Long review, but I'm kind of astounded by how well linen sheets breathe. It may actually be a life-changer if I sleep this well every night.

Needs breaking in
So I waited a while to write this review. Upon purchase, sheets are rough. I tried washing with baking soda and drying with dryer balls, as suggested by Google, to soften linen. But one thing I know about linen is it only softens with use. And it has. These sheets will never have the crisp feel of cotton but they also breathes better, which helps those of us that sleep hot. And these are the least expensive linen sheet set I've found.

Nice Linen Sheets
I have 4 sheet sets that I have been using for over 2 years. They do soften and get more comfortable with use. There is a big difference in the twine dyed sheets and the natural sheets. The natural sheets are thinner and leave lots of lint in the dryer. I know they should be line dried but I dry them on the lowest setting for 30 to 40 minutes. The twine dyed leave a little lint in the dryer but nothing like the natural ones do. The natural ones and very soft and really nice for summer but I don't think they will last as long as the twine dyed. I do love these sheets. I haven't noticed any holes or thin spots in the natural ones and they should hold up for a few years longer. Wash them on the delicate cycle with a very mild and very little detergent. I use Dr. Bronners liquid castlile soap and rinse well.

Super quality!!
How did I live without them before? My favorite sheets ever, with the exception of Irish linens. I don't care if they get "softer." I love the rough texture of pure linen. Can't wait till I can afford another set. I'm old. These are going to be my sheets for the rest of my old age.

Exceptionally luxurious for the price
These are absolutely beautiful and extremely well made. The pockets are very deep and pillow cases are perfectly sized. I washed with baking soda to soften them up a little before using and it worked well. I know they will continue to soften up with continued use and washing. They are lovely! Seem a lot better made than what they cost so I will definitely be buying more of these. And so comfy to sleep in - breathable yet cozy. Very happy with this purchase :-)

Not as soft as I would like
These sheets are cool to sleep on. That is great in the middle of this heat wave. I have now washed them several times and I had hoped they might soften up a bit. I am sure that will happen with continued washes.
