Taken Trilogy (Taken / Taken 2 / Taken 3)

I love Liam Neeson films and I never owned second and third versions. I am glad that I was able to purchase all three in one compact case.

Disc 1 played flawlessly. Discs 2 and 3 would not play, error message said a District B players was required.

The 'Taken' franchise follows former CIA agent Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) who has to rescue his family. In the first film he must travel to Paris to save his daughter who has been kidnapped, in the sequel he and his ex-wife are kidnapped and must escape using the help of his daughter, and the third film is about Bryan trying to prove his innocence and find the people responsible for his ex-wife's murder. I really enjoyed this trilogy of action films as they were fun and highly exciting. There's lot's of fights and car chases (of course, there action films) along with a nice continues storyline throughout all three. The first 'Taken' is the best and is the most darkest and violent along with making you worried about traveling abroad. Overall, if you like action and Liam Neeson then you will be taken away with how great this trilogy is.

Iconic movie trilogy with the threat of a promise that is violently carried out. Replete with set piece action scenes highlighting why it is not clever to annoy a man who can. Have to say the fate of the guy at the second movie sticks in my mind, always give a fool a chance. . .The quality does drop a little scriptwise with the third but Liam Neeson and his supporting cast are consistent in their characterisations. Way to cram for the Drivers Ed though.Enjoyably aggressive, when necessary.

Love these films and because I have a 1080p video projector and 100 inch screen it was well worth it to buy this blu ray version.

Taken box set is brilliant action film, one of my favourites. DVD quality is fantastic. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good action film.

I have watched all of the Taken series on Channel 4 so I decided to buy the Blu-ray in order to watch them advert free.
