Johari West shirts are made from 100% high grade Indonesian cotton and have top stitch detail on the collar, shoulders, and sleeves with monogramed Johari West buttons. The Johari West Hawaiian or tropical style designs are produced using stamps that are approximately 8 to 10 inches’ square that are applied by hand in a repeating pattern. To obtain the specific color, each shirt goes through several hand dying and open air drying techniques that are centuries old and have been passed down through the generations on the islands of Indonesia. Due to the high level of individual hand craftsmanship involved in producing the shirt, the color and print may vary from the main picture. We believe that one of the true advantages of wearing a Johari West shirt is knowing that all shirts are individual with no two shirts being exactly the same.

I love these shirts
I love these shirts. I have bought 9 of these shirts since I found them on Amazon earlier this year. I've received many compliments on the shirts. They are well made and they fit as expected. The fabric is very nice and the designs are unique. The color on this shirts was different than that pictured, more of a blue green, but still a nice shirt. I wash them in cold water and dry them about 8 minutes on wash/wear cycle and then hang them to dry. Only light ironing is required. I suspect I will be buying more of these shirts in the future.

Great looking shirt for my handsome husband. Good for nice casual and int'l/third world business travel too
Great shirt...my husband loves being able to wear it out and still look nice, not sloppy. Uses them for nice casual situations and also during international work travel in West Africa. He often wears WA made shirts, but sometimes they don't fit as well since mad without patterns. However, all of the Johari shirts are cool like the WA fabrics and look appropriate there, but fit better. SO GLAD I found them!

Fit, a bit large
The last time I ordered Johari West shirts, was 2 1/2 years ago. They were all XL. I was really comfortable with them. Since they are now wearing out, I began ordering 'replenishment' shirts, exactly as I ordered them back then. Well, they fit like tents, because the fabric is stiff, and will take several washings to relax the stiffness. I have now begun ordering them Large now. I have two, I do like the fit much better.

Great fit, washable with no shrinkage and looks good.
My husband looks so good in this brand and gets compliments every time he wears them. I have ordered about 5 of the Johari West shirts and am never disappointed. They are cotton but we have had no problem with shrinkage. Love them.

Best shirt in summer or anytime
I've bought several Johari West shirts for my husband and son in the last few years. They're very well made with high quality material. You never have to iron. They're just the best shirts! Highly recommend.

The shirt draws compliments
Second shirt from this company - liked the first one so much, I came back. Great looking shirt, made with high quality fabric (which was a concern with an online purchase), and it is well constructed. The XL sized shirt was just a little bit roomier cut than I would have preferred, but not so big to go down a full size - just keep in mind it is cut like a Hawaiian shirt, not a dress shirt. The picture is a very accurate representation of the shirt's appearance.

BEAUTIFUL SHIRT

The 2X is an accurate fit
My husband likes the fact that it isn't too long, though the sleeves are longer than most short sleeve shirts. It's a good quality cotton and the pattern is cool. Good price.
