In Fall 2018, I developed a bunch of skin tags around my face and eyes. I don't look like a leper, but it is a bit detracting from my otherwise handsome appearance! (HA!)I have been using this as well as other skin tag medicine applying different ones at different times, several times throughout the day. Now, I must mention my slight bias in not believing in homeopathic medicine. Nevertheless, the product is bottled beautifully and the smell of this foamy liquid is similar to that of the more tradition liquids.After several weeks, I have not drawn any conclusion. None of the skin tags has disappeared, and I am not even sure whether any one has even shrunk. On the other hand, I also cannot declare as a fact that the product doesn't work. It may simply require, in my case, a lot more time, and applying more than twice a day.UPDATE: It is now a month later since my review, and the tags are still there. I am almost persuaded the product will never work. I should have known better, as homeopathy is junk science nonsense. Demoted from three stars to two, with second star still there just in case product eventually works.February 2019 UPDATEAfter initially believing that It does not work at all, I am now seeing results.One of the skin tags on my right eye lid is just about right to come off.I've upped my recommendation to 3 stars. When others some off, I might go to four.But my main take-away is to be patient, apply the stuff at least twice a day every day.(I still think homeopathy is pure bunk, but for whatever reason, this product seems to work now.)

This is a fantastic magical cream, I HAD 2 skin tags on my neck and a mole on my face. I have only been using for a week or so and my skin tags are gone and my mole is almost faded away! I will add pics soon

So, my boyfriend has this weird skin tag thing on his back. The cat bites at it, it's creepy like a little eye looking at you from his back. We look all over for something short of clipping it off with scissors. We come across this product. Read about it, think "oh this sounds perfect, let's get it". It shows up, we can't wait to put it on this creepy piece of skin hanging on his back like a spider monkey. I read the instructions, follow them to the letter. Every single day I rubbed this lotion of lies on that creepy little thing, massaging it in nice and good, making sure every bit of it is covered. Repeated this process every single day for a month, yes a MONTH. I should get a medal for this, I really should. But, alas that creepy little parasite is still on his back, the proverbial monkey, still there, still in tact still the same way it looked on day one. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you want a bottle of useless lotion with no powers of dissolving your issues. It's just one big bottle of lies.

I have several skin tags on my neck. I have used this product as directed for nearly a full month with zero impact whatsoever. I suppose I'm moisturizing my skin tags, but that's not something a normal person would do. I would recommend looking for another product if you're considering purchasing this product.The cream is well packaged, smells OK and comes in a nice pump. So, they got the marketing/packaging concept down. However, for what the product is actually advertised to do, this is absolutely worthless.

Been using this faithfully day and night since the day I received the product. That was 4 weeks ago! I have a small skin tag and have not seen any difference. Still have the skin tag... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Great professional pump. The cream is lightweight, easy to spread, and quick to absorb. Only need to use a little as one dab can go pretty far. Moisturizes well. Am impress with the quality of this product and therefor will be trying other products made by Pureauty Naturals.

I have very sensitive skin and other products (like diluted tea tree oil) have been irritating. So, I've been using this cream less than 2x/day. Not only is it working (albeit maybe not as fast), it has a nice smell (not too strong), and is gentle on the skin. I did receive this product free of charge to try from the company after purchasing another item in their line, but that has not influenced my review. Will definitely order again.

Im using this now on one spot a skin tag and i can tell it seems to be drying it up...if anything changes on this review of this product ill repost it but for just 2 days using a small dab each time 2 times a day i can already see a difference..lots of herbal ingredients in this as well..another reason i have hight hopes for it...IT Works..my big skin tag is gone...took 3 weeks..amazing...
