I ordered the gallon size bottle and it is definitely NOT a gallon. I felt like it wasn’t while I was drinking water from the bottle because it would still be 8:00 am and I would be at the 10:00 AM mark. Me and my co workers tested it. We got an empty gallon jug and filled it with water and poured it over into the jug I bought. We filled it to the rim and the water you see in the picture is what is leftover. So just beware if you buy the gallon size it’s NOT a true gallon.

I gave it two stars because it definitely holds water.Would I buy it again? No, I would look elsewhere. Why? The engineering of it doesn’t make sense. The straw has a rubber extension at the bottom so you can close the lid without the straw remaining taut. The straw goes into a cone so you can actually reach the straw itself and it remains in place, but if you pull it through the mouth hole on the lid, then the suction stops because air can’t get in and if you don’t pull the cone piece up, each gulp is about 90% air over water. It’s very frustrating. I can’t just sip some water, I have to open it and push and pull the cone to even get a good gulp. Only two more annoyances: 1. The gasket around the BIG opening, that’s under the lid, fell out recently and putting the lid back on when the gasket won’t go back in its place is frustrating AND 2. The clip that holds the little case in place that hides the cone/straw contraption has stopped working. I’ve only had this bottle 7 or so days. I will be seeking another option for my water intake and this one will be venturing to the trash. So unfortunate.

I had an similarly designed bottle to this one which I loved. Unfortunately, after dropping it far too many times, the handle cracked and I decided I needed to replace it before it broke completely.Unfortunately, this one is almost impossible to use properly. The holder for the straw does not secure into the handle's hole, so it leaks. The closure over the straw forces the straw down into the bottle so you have to try to grasp the straw with your fingers (or teeth) to pull it back up when you want a drink or you have to squeeze your lips over the holder to get any suction. If you actually pull the straw out far enough that it stays up so you can drink like a normal person, the suction inside the bottle is so strong you cannot get any fluid out. And then, of course, you either have to leave the cover off the straw or repeat the process of pulling it into position when you reopen the cover to get a drink.Skip this one ... find one that is better made!

I do not like this bottle. I purchased the 1 gallon. This is how I drink it because it’s an awful product that doesn’t work ! I love the wording but that’s it. It does not close Properly and the water doesn’t flow thru the straw the way it should. I thought it may be a defect and I was missing a piece but I don’t think that’s the case. It is so poorly designed and I’m so disappointed especially given the price tag !

I hate this bottle and I wanted to love it !!! The straw slips down when you close it and when you reopen you hv to take the entire top off in order to push the straw back up. I was gonna try and keep it but I’m sending it back .

What a horrible design. First no directions come with the product, I had to find them myself. Once I set the bottle up it was miserable trying to drink from it. No way to have any filtered process with this bottle either. You just have to suck up the fact you are getting a big plastic water container. Don't try to ask for a refund either because their refund policy is to give you a gift card for future purchases ..... what a joke.

It’s a really cute bottle and I specially like the straw, makes it easier to drink the water since you can pull it out and move it around. Other bottles Ive had, the straw was stuck to the opening and couldn’t be moved. The handle broke within a few days of having it but I still use it. Just be mindful that it’s not exactly a gallon.

This is my 3rd time trying this concept for the sake of proper water intake but it's something about the fact that this one has a straw and is easier to carry due to a more slender design that I'm doing a MUCH better job on a daily basis drinking my water!!!
