I used this product to combine buttermilk and flour for biscuits. It works really well. It keeps all the initial flour goo away from your hands. If you make bread you understand what a mess that is. It is also really easy to clean. I would definitely recommend it as a great addition to your tools for breadmaking.

After reading a few reviews, I was a bit skeptical of the build quality, so many users put pictures of the head detaching or breaking.I must say, what the hell were they mixing?I have used this mostly for wetter recipes, like crepes and batters for fish and chips, and for those, this whisk was certainly effective, adding air and volume as I mix the ingredients, and I have also made some bread recipes, which are denser and need more "elbow grease" to be able to mix the dough well, and I had no issues at all.Again, not sure what others are mixing but I had no issues at all, the whisk is still holding its own and there are no complaints from me.An excellent item for excellent value.

Nice tool for mixing sourdough. That is why I bought it, but that does not mean I would not use it for other things too. So far so good. I like the wood handle. I will update if it fails in what I deem is a fair timeline for what I payed for it. We must be fair to our manufacturers and give them a fair and balanced chance, and always provide fair reviews.
