Solid rope for conditioning or warming up.
If u have an Aero Speed which I use as my primary this rope takes some getting used to as the rope is a little heavier and the handles are longer. Otherwise a solid back up for the price.

I don’t like how the cable is so light! It felt like paper! And the handle is so soft, too. Probably dollar store jump rope has better quality then this
