Weight balance is way off, but this thing is super versatile and cuts through 5" wood
I love that I can use the extension for my hedge. But when extended the weight is all on the end at the cutter. Terrible ergonomics. I absolutely hate the ergonomics of virtually all the GreenWorks stuff I own, but I keep buying them because I've never had a problem with the equipment. I hook a 1L water bottle on the battery end to even out the weight, otherwise you're killing your biceps holding the front up.

Powerful and fast tools
Both of these tools are very powerful. Seem well made. Saw is easy to adjust the chain which stretches a lot on first use then settles in. Battery life better than expected even with the 2 amp hour battery. I have a 2 and a 4 hour battery and the tools are pretty heavy when using the 4 amp. Tools are well balanced though with either battery. Used these for a few hours the day I got them and never did kill the 4 amp battery after running the 2 amp pretty low. Very happy with these so far.

Greenworks pole saw/hedger
Great length for trees and high bushes…perfect companion with my other Greenworks garden tools.

Great product.
Charge last for a long time and unit cuts like a chainsaw. I was able to cut down a full tree with this on 1 charge. Great product.

Good pole saw, hedge trimmer not so good.
The over all unit when fully extended is a bit heavy but I think that is the nature of the device. The pole saw works great. The hedge trimmer blades are too soft or light. When I hit a part of the bush that is too thick the hedger stops as expected but it also pushes the blades into each other. That bends and cuts the blades which then have to be disassembled to fix. I also had to use my Dremel to grind the blades a bit to fix the damage it did to itself. If I had a need to purchase this device again I would only purchase the pole saw and not the hedger.
