I've used shapers for years under my dresses to help smooth me, but with age and post menopause I have a tummy bulge that shapers don't diminish really, just smooth out. I saw this and gave it a try to see if I could get a bit more hourglass with dresses etc. I measured my waist and bulge about an inch or so below the natural waistline before and after. Before: 36" natural waist, bulge 37" just below it. I followed video's posted on appropriately looping and stepping into it, placing it around where the hip bone is and wrapped it all the way going upwards. I was shocked! the After measurement: 34" natural waist, 35" bulge, a full 2 inch difference! I did it three times to make sure and the same result every time. The next day I wore it like a trainer or if I were to wear it all day with a dress (but with a pant/shirt at home) and it wasn't bad. It made my front and back smooth and gave me better posture sitting. It did not get in the way of going to the restroom although after the first time I had my undies up over the top of where I started. If you want to use this at the gym like some video's I think it will do it's purpose, but just to use it as a shaper for me at least, I saw a huge difference around my waist, which is what I wanted. Looking in the mirror right away you see the difference, and there is no rolling up or down with the way this is designed being wide & long. Several spots to velcro the top according to your size. This is a one size fits all, it is very long but actually easy to wrap around yourself once you start. A good recommend!

I love this belly wrap. I does the job diligently. It's my everyday wear even when I'm not working out.

Great product just begins to roll up after a few wears. It’s long torso friendly and postpartum friendly as well. Has helped shrink my abdominal area significantly after birth.

This wrap is AMAZING! The quality on this is just everything I’ve been searching for in wraps. I have different wraps to sleep in, drive in, work in, work out in, and this wrap I believe will prob replace alllll of those. So I just need another purchase for the work out in one :) but This is the only wrap I’ve ran into that has actually shaped my body into the figure I’ve been trying to get for months now.. it is the material of it.. I injured my back recently and I was using an ace bandage wrap to wrap my lower back and waist and since my lower back was sensitive and fragile at the moment when I was wrapping it, it was hold my body tight and together so well that I just kept using that wrap for awhile. And they are the same material. I’m sure u can’t tell it shows under my clothes cause I wear very large clothing but it doesn’t seem so noticeable but of course the tighter u wrap it ur body fat some where else will pop out. This is a really good purchase and for the price also. I feel I’m being really rough with my wrap already just from starting to use it I hope the quality of it is really good as it seems to be right now from the beginning but I will most def be using this wrap on a DAILY!

I agree with most of the other reviews. The material is quite nice—thick and durable, which gives a sense of quality and longevity. However, I did encounter some issues. The product is advertised as "one size fits all," but in actuality, it is more like "one size fits most." I was excited to try it, but I quickly found that it tends to crease and roll down, even when just putting it on. This made it a bit uncomfortable and required frequent adjustments to keep it in place. Additionally, if you have a long or wide midsection, this waist trainer does not provide full coverage.If you are considering this waist trainer, be mindful that it might not stay in place as well as you'd hope and may not provide full coverage for those with longer or wider torsos.

This is not a waist trainer or back support. Whoever invented this thing must’ve thought women could wrap themselves up like a mummy and be able to function or even walk like a normal person. Waste of money! Get a real back support brace or girdle, this isn’t it.

This type of Waist Trainer is perfect for people who are short. I've always had problems with waist trainers because I am just a little over 5 feet, and other waist trainers would always rise up when I would sit down because they were too long for my short torso. Additionally, if you are relatively short and have big hips, the longer waist trainers probably don't work well for you. They didn't for me. This one is the perfect solution for short people. For some reason, manufacturers don't seem to make them less than 8 inches wide. With this one, you can wrap it as short as you wish and it conforms nicely to your body. You can also wrap it as snuggly as you wish without having to worry about wrecking your fingers trying to snap it into the second or third row of hooks as you lose weight or inches. I'd been waiting for something like this for quite some time, and I highly recommend it to anyone, but particularly to those who are short with a short torso.

It doesnt roll up and is very easy to adjust and put on. Definitely fixes my posture and is comfortable for postpartum.My wrap didnt have a funky smell at all and feels like it could last for a long time due to the ability to adjust it.
