This is good
I have been using this sice 1.5 years. It's good. All parts are made of steel(bowl, body etc). Working with out any problem.

Classy look but non functional
Product received was defective. As only keep warm was lighting up red but Cook button did not function at all. Rice did not cook even after pressing down ON button on cooker. No heat nor light. Also lid was not fitting properly hence ordered REPLACEMENT in 10days.As it is fully stainless steel so it looks good on kitchen counter top (provided it works well a made in India product)Hope to receive a replacement in working condition. Advance thanks to Amazon.The Replacement received was even worse.Hence Refunded.Shows how much our country needs to progress relying on other countries manufactured products by Multinational companies

Product with hight standards
I purchased 6 months back. It's working good.Cooker is heavy and it's cylender is thick stainless steel. Initially I was hesitant but after using the product for sometime I'm confident to refer.

Need extra cooking bowl for 1.8 litre, where can it be ordered?
So far going fine after using sparely for few weeks. Have to check for few months to see it's performance. So far so good.By the way I didn't get the steamer, though it's shown in the picture, it's missing in the package.Now is put aside as it didn't have 2nd bowl.

Worst product
Stopped working after a month and half, when contacted for warranty they asked me to send product to Kolkata and wait for 4 weeks to check and repair the product. Then after a month product stopped working again. This is the reason we don’t want to buy from a local non reputed company. Please go for a branded company even the price is more, for their reliability and service.
