The quality of dinning table is very good and comfortable to sit, Finishing was also very nice. We are fully satisfied even after 2 months using from purchase. No need of any carpenter service for assembly, very easy to install. Value for money.

The product was delivered well before the scheduled delivery time. The packaging itself shows how much care has been taken to protect the workmanship of the product, full points to the teamThe quality of the dining table as well as chairs is superb, it looks simple yet stylish and is easy to clean. As these are very long lasting products, I wanted to buy something sturdy, and I am very happy with the decision of choosing solid wood instead of engineered wood for manufacturing. This choice makes the product a bit heavy, but is still managable. The product feels like it was built to last.The customer support team promptly contacted me a day after delivery and arranged a carpenter for assembly (free of cost). The carpenter also came on time, assesed the products, promptly identified a crack in one of the chairs cushion holders and raised a replacement request. Rest of the things were assembled within 40 minutes( yeah, the assembly was that easy).The customer support team assisted with the replacement as well and my broken chair got replaced within a week. No hassles here too. Just that, this crack could have been identified in quality checks and it would have been a more satisfying experience for me and the sellers would have saved on reverse logistics and reshipping costs.I was so happy with the quality of the product and customer support that I cancelled my purchases with the other brands and ordered a dressing table from Ganpati arts.Will surely recommend to buy from here, won't be disappointed.

Worst product, getting cracks in between the table and chair. I’m using this product from last 6 months.

I strongly recommend the product. it's a strong dining table with a beautiful look, strong chairs, and rich texture, and most importantly though it's a 6 seater dining table, in fact since it is so huge that we can accommodate 8 persons easily. The best use of the bench is for children. Within 10 min I could alone assemble the complete dining table. I would strongly recommend the dining table. The vendor is a very cooperative, cost-effective purchase, and most importantly no need to pay anything to the delivery boys, straight away deny to pay anything more than the cost of the table.

When i was ordering the Dinning set, i was very clear that i need a 6 Cahir Configuration for the Solid Wood Dinning Table. However, by Mistake, Ganapati Arts sent me 4 chairs and One Full Size Bench. When i indicated that to them, I never knew what surprise was waiting for me!! They indeed send me the remaining two Chairs as was ordered but they also have gifted me the Full Size Bench as well.This shows their Customer Obsession and not leaving any opportunity to exceed expectation always. I had been purchasing all my house Furniture from GANAPATI ARTS. Product quality, design, Price as well as Lead time for delivery are always awesome and beyond expectation.
