This arrived in good time and it was a little larger than I was expecting. It looks really good and my daughter will love it. Easy to hold and picture on it is good quality.

Very cool mug. Looks amazing and is hand painted. Arrived in perfect condition. Great for any beauty and the beast fan and would make a great gift. Although, due to its movie accurate shape, you would need to take care when washing or handling it. Very happy with my purchase.

It was really cute and the person I got it for loved it, although when it came it had slight cracks in it, they weren't sharp but it looked like it had chipped up the top coat of whatever had been put on, overall was my friend was happy with it.

It did come in a nice box. Good quality and light to handle especially for kids

A lot of detail

Bought for my daughter and she loves it as I also purchased the teapot. Was quite expensive for a cup but was priceless seeing her face on receiving it.

My sister and I had taken our kids to Disney on Ice, Beauty and the Beast, and I bought a plastic version of Chip the tea cup. Sadly, being plastic, it tended to stain when I would have a cup of tea with it. This cup is porcelain and will hold up beautifully to strong cups of tea for years to come. There was even a suggestion when I bought it for a Mrs Potts infuser, so I had to have that as well. Now, every time I pour a cup of tea, I can remember that magical day when the children were so young and full of wonder.
