It’s torturous but I love it.
Satan’s jump rope. I often feel like I was sprinting after using it. I didn’t anticipate the jump in difficulty from 1lb to 2lbs, but it has added a whole other element to my Crossrope workouts. I’d advise getting a shorter size than you think you need, because you can’t tie a knot in this one to make it shorter the way I do with my smaller weight ropes.
