I purchased an eight pack of these to stop my 150cm x 85cm rug from moving across my short pile spare bedroom carpet.THEY DO NOT WORK. I don’t go into this room on a regular basis, but each time I do I find that the rug has moved across towards the wall. Total waste of money.

Work well on small mats but struggle on large rugs

The grippers are well made and the adhesive strips are very good. However they just don’t work. The mat we were trying to fix just kept moving as if the grippers were not there. Very disappointed as the product is well made.

Great adhesion to rug but maybe it's our carpet they didn't grip .

They are not as effective as I would have hoped

I had high hopes for this product. Wanted them to hold rubber backed mat in place onto deep pile carpet. The adhesive pads seemed to adhere to the rubber underside of the mat really well, the spikes seemed long and fierce enough to grip the carpet. But did they work? NO! Not in the slightest. From first use the mat crept forward, then again, and again. Today, found one of the pads had come unstuck from the underside of the mat. So... not impressed. Apparent waste of money!Update 7/4/22.... now all pads have detached from rubber underside of mat, leaving sticky residue that has affected the carpet. TOTAL waste of money.

Used to stop a plastic floor mat under my office chair from creeping across the carpet. Easy to apply, reduces the creeping but doesn't eliminate it altogether. OK for the price.

I have tried various products to prevent our rug from moving around on the carpet so having read the positive reviews, I thought I'll give it a goI bought two packs and followed the instructions to apply it and make it more productive. However it is not robust enough at all and does not stop the rug from moving. I have two children who play and the rug moves with grips on as they run around.Not good value for money at all and disappointed

I found this product to be expensive, so with that being said, beware. I meticulously applied them as directed. Followed the instructions without any variance. They never held to the carpet all the greatly. It would still shift somewhat. But what I really was disappointed in was that after 3 weeks, they came unglued. The picture shows you the edge of the rug and the gripper coming off. Expensissve and very disappointing.

So far three rugs over carpet have stayed in place. It is doing what it should do. We love them!

Purchased for an inexpensive runner in kitchen that was sliding on the thick pottery barn rug pad. Using only 2 of these has solved the problem, sticky side on bottom of runner, spikes pressed into top of rug pad. My husband then used them on a chair mat to stop it sliding on the rug.

I bought one package and put it on my runner. It stopped it from moving a little! So I bought a second package thinking it would help but it didn’t do anything. 50.00 on small pieces of plastic!DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
