I had my doubts about these belts (the one for the ab and the two for the arms. I love the settings on them and the fact that you can recharge the digital display battery electrodes. The power is strong; therefore it doesn’t have to be cranked up all the way to be effective. It has help my lower ab to get into shape, and my biceps to be stronger. In fact I use the arm belt to help with a muscle strain at the gym and it took away the pain, these belts are worth the money. Came in a very nice plastic and box which looked very sophisticated. I would purchase them again I have to.

This muscle stimulator arrived beautifully packaged and all components were nicely wrapped. Instructions included were clear and simple to follow. I have been using this for a few weeks now and it provides definite muscle stimulation and I am able to use it while sitting at my computer. I like that it automatically shuts off after the 20 minute workout is complete. I like the durable box that it comes in as I use it to store the device between workouts. It performs exactly as described, is a very good value and is a great quality. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I give this 4.5 stars. The only things I don't like are 1) the control is very sensitive. Not a deal breaker, though. 2) the strength at its highest setting is pretty good. I maxed it out the ab belt within the first week. 4weeks in, and the max still feels beneficial. But, I wish there were a few higher levels. For reference, I am a female with medium-high fitness level. Other than that, the battery lasts very long. The strength levels are very good, especially on the smaller units. I say it's a great price for what you get.

I'm impressed with how well it works and the power it has, its easy to take care of, charge and clean, and can be used after a workout for a muscle relaxing massage. I use these settings as of right now, lv 4 in mode 1 on my arms for a workout, and lv 4 in mode 3 for a after workout thing. For my stomach I use lv 8 in mode 1 for muscle workouts and for fat loss lv 9 or 10 on I believe mode 4.I use it while working out, but i also have used it while just doing normal things, not the same outcome, but it shows it is effective. I 100% recommend this product!

I’ll admit I am totally new to electronic stimulation. I was very skeptical. Still don’t know if what the results are gonna be like but just out of the box and reading the instructions and applying holy crap if it’s not doing something then you’re just torturing yourself because it works crazy. I will try to amend in a month with results but it’s definitely stimulating for sure. Just like anything diet and exercise are required for well-rounded results. I’m on a keto diet. I’ve lost 20 pounds over the past three weeks and my attempt is to melt away that stubborn belly fat because as we all know the first fat that starts to go is in your face and your legs and everything else except for where you want it to be gone from so I’m hoping this will be the answer Along with diet and exercise of course

I’ve tried a few muscle stim products. This one is pretty good. I use it differently though - the big ab pad isn’t strong enough with only one controller on it to use on my abs. I use the 2 small ones on my abs, lying down to keep them in place. I use the big pad on my booty. I wrap it around. Just know that the large pad covers more area but that makes the strength of the stimulation weaker.The smaller pads will give you stronger stimulation. Use that info as you see fit for your needs. Overall it’s a good product. I like that youuse water instead of gel pads. I hope the controllers don’t burn out too soon. I’ve had that issue with others.

Product works as advertised and is replacing a competitors brand that died after 3 months. Product comes with waist belt, 2 arm bands, 3 identical controllers, water sprayer and instructions. Overall it is a very good product for the price. Less than a week but here are my observations:Pros:Good power levels for toning - other brands would max out which = ~ level 10 on this device.Arm bands are long and can fit arms up to 20 inches - other brands were short and would not even go around my arms without extensions.Controller charges quickly and will last multiple cycles before needing a chargeControllers are identical so that if one fails you have two others that will allow you to continue using product - some other brands have different controllers for arms and waist so if waist controller goes out you're screwedNO GEL PACKS REQUIRED - big plusCons:Waist band is short - if your abdomen is over 43 inches you will need an extension unless you do not moveWaist band does not give - there is no stretch to it so depending on what you are doing the Velcro can pop lose - it also makes keeping the belt tight more difficultController is very sensitive - if you are working out or sweating, shirts touching the controller modifies the program and resets to level 1 or turns it off which is a major problem. My solution is using without a shirt
