Under normal use, this band broke almost 3 months to the date of which I bought it. On the positive side, the customer service at Hamile was great! With one simple contact, I had immediate feedback from them and notification that they are shipping me a new band. Hopefully the band I received was the exception and the new one lasts! When I bought my Charge 2, I bought a variety of colored bands. I realized not all were manufactured the same; some were hard to take off. When I upgraded to the Charge 3, I bought 2 bands from this supplier. They worked so well I bought more, both the plastic and leather ones, but stuck with this vendor. Love them and love that I can accessorize my Charge 3 fairly inexpensively.

I had lots of experience with Charge 2 and buying some bands that weren't as good as others. When I ordered my CHARGE 3, these had the best reviews. Although you buy each one separately, my advice is it's worth not getting a "3-pack." They are not made as well and not as true to color as these. I got 4, and all are really durable and exactly like original band. The colors look exactly as stated. Very pretty and nice to change out with whatever I am wearing. Shipped FAST too.

In spite of the Amazon description and directions that came with this band, it does not fit my Fitbit Charge 3. Although I tried for about 5 minutes, this band will not snap in place and it's no wonder- the connector in the bands looks nothing like the connector on my original Fitbit 3 band.Thank goodness it was cheap.

I recently purchased this band because the original one I had from Fitbit tore after lasting a little over a year. I was resigned to go ahead and buy another brand from the actual company Fitbit for $29.95 (insane ripoff) but then at the last minute, I decided to check Amazon. People seemed to be raving and so ecstatic about this band so I had to buy it. I have to say that I am very impressed and will be buying from this company again. The band is exactly like the one from Fitbit and the price difference of $25 is amazing. Please seriously consider this band if you’re in the market for a new band. It can’t be beat!

When my Fitbit Charge 3 watch's strap broke, I turned to Amazon to get a replacement. I found one that was compatible and placed my order. Unfortunately for me, I didn't pay clear enough attention because I ordered the wrong band. In my haste to buy a replacement, I didn't pay close enough attention to the color or the size. I THOUGHT I was buying a direct replacement. What I actually bought was a slate grey band that was too small. That's not Amazon's fault, it's mine for rushing to buy it without doing my due diligence. Buyer beware. Make sure you are choosing the right size band AND the correct color before placing your order.

After wearing my white band it looks awful. Dark grey outlines are showing through and make the white band look dirty. It is coming from the inside so nothing will clean it.

When holding the factory band next to this replacement for the Charge 4 it is very hard to tell the difference. The fit is good however I had to take an old tooth brush to clean all the dust & grime that packed itself between the band and watch after removing the original. I also read that some people had a hard time getting it to "click" in but my release button was free and I had no issue with it retracting fully for a reliable lock.So why 4 stars? Because the band softness (or durometer) is slightly stiffer which makes the edge of the band feel a little sharper on the skin. Dimensionally they look the same but the stiffness makes it slightly less comfortable to wear all day than the original band.All that said... it's very functional and you can't really expect anything more for the amazing price.

Excellent product and alternative to the OEM band supplied with Fitbit HR Charge 3. The band is almost a 1:1 of the original. The material pattern, specification, quality and feel is just like the original. Not like the cheaper ebay silcon band replacements. Very happy with this product. Particularly when replacement OEM's are very hard to find instore.

Only lasted approx. 4 weeks before the fitment between the fitbit and he strap started to become loose. Would sometimes just fall off. No major reason why this would happen as not misused. Pity as other than that the strap was OK.

Se acopla muy bien al fitbit, como si fuer el original. La calidad del material es muy bueno

Clips on previous product, which only had for a few months broke, so I had to order more. Delivery to a post office box should be an option as I live in the bush and mail delivery is intermittent and in the tropics so the envelope was soaking wet when it was picked up from the letterbox.
