I am using this item since last 2 years. It is best available gluten free flour. It's chapati is easy to make and test is also very good.

I have been looking for an easy to use gluten free flour for really long as jowar/other similar gluten free flour rotis are not only cumbersome to make but also very chewy in texture. I chanced upon Dr Gluten Platinum chapati flour a few weeks back and just loved using it. Even my 12 year old daughter finds this edible and soft and doesn't mind giving up regular wheat flour rotis as it is more flavorful. They say health is wealth and I'd say it serves the "value for money" criteria as well.

Have been using this atta for my mother who is gluten intolerant. The packs we received this time were 3 packs bundled together and batch no, mfg date etc details in a sticker on top. Other 2 packs had no such details. Given our past experience with this brand, we did not pay much attention to this fact.BUT this time the 1st pack we opened has a smell and appearance different from our last time's. My mother experiences discomfort as soon as she has rotis made out of this atta.We suspect serious malpractice by the seller. Either1) the packs are old and he is passing it on to customer to get rid of old stock. Or2) there is contamination with some other grain other than those mentioned on the packVery disappointed ☹️Giving a lower rating for these reasons. Hope some action is initiated
