Very happy
Purchased this sometime ago and can now only write my review as wanted to see if it grew in my pond, happy to say it has now grown to the top of my pond so will see if it also flowers in the summer.

So far, so good!
Well, I read the mixed reviews for this product and ordered with some trepidation. Would I get something that was alive? Would it grow? Had I just wasted £13.95?Parcel arrived within two days and I immediately unpacked it, read the brief instructions and plonked the prepared basket straight into our small pond. The packaged root/tuber had some green shoots on it, so I was hopeful.Skip forward two weeks and we already have one leaf that's reached the surface of the pond. I'll reserve judgement slightly until I see how it looks in a month or so, but it's grown! Cant wait to have frogs on lily pads going ribbit.....maybe.

Looks good at moment
Came on time, excellently packaged and on opening the Lilly was damp and wrapped in moss. Lilly had 3 small leaves and was potted up straight away and is now in pond. Have given 4 stars at moment and will see how it grows.

Disappointed
The contents in the basket were different to the pictures on the box. The top layer of gravel bore no resemblance to the packet. The instructions on how to plant the waterlily were unclear and there was no way of telling which way up the risolm should be planted and finally the ridolm was grey which what looked like mould. Disappointed but I should have known better. I will go for fresh plants in future.

Good customer service
Great customer service after the first lilly was unfortunately rotted. However a new one was sent out which is lovely and healthy

Waste of time and money
When It arrived, I unpacked it, the bulb was mouldy and rotten, no instructions on how to plant. I googled instructions and planted it, after 2 weeks nothing. So I sent it back, got a refund no problem. I bought the same kit cheaper from my local aquatic centre, it was perfect when I opened it, it already had a few leaves. I think these have have been old stock from last year or something. Not a great experience.

Neat package
Impressed by the packaging which works well, take out the bags of compost, bulbs x2 and the gravel from the basket (18x18x12cm) and then pour in the compost, firm and plant the 2 bulbs roots down. Lastly pour on the gravel and carefully lower into your pond. The packaging shows you the required depth range which is useful.Looking forward to it growing, I have 1 solar aerator in the pond.
