Helps with Sleep
This was recommended by my integrative medicine Doctor for sleep.Worked well for staying asleep, but left me groggy in the morning.I occasionally take prednisone due to autoimmune diseases and got the inevitable Prednisone anxiety & insomniaWhen taking prednisone I can't sleep without it.I even discovered by compounding the pills into smaller doses it can help prednisone induced anxiety during the day without putting me to sleep.Works fantastic.Mag Glycinate also works for many for sleep,, but something about glycinate worsens my pain so I am glad I found this.
