I am seriously impressed with Kerasal Nighttime Intensive Foot Repair! I’ve tried so many products for dry, cracked heels, and nothing has worked as quickly or effectively as this. After just one night, I could already see and feel a huge difference—my heels were noticeably softer and smoother.The formula is rich but not greasy, and I love the relaxing scent of lavender and chamomile—it makes it feel like a little spa treatment before bed. The combination of exfoliating and moisturizing ingredients really does the trick, and I wake up with healthier-looking feet every morning.If you’re struggling with rough, dry heels, this ointment is 100% worth trying. The reviews for this are excellent which is why I bought it but when I was looking at the pictures people shared, none of them looked as bad as my heels. So while it's embarrassing I want to share my progress!I had severely cracked, terrible heels. They were painful and embarrassing. I've tried a lot of things over the years but during a middle of the night search I came across kerasal. For the first 2 weeks, used the dr Scholls foot file and applied kerasal after my morning shower and before bed. Then the last two weeks I've just been doing it before bed.This is my progress after 1 month of use. I'M SO THRILLED. This is a miracle product! I think my heels will be fully healed up within 2 more weeks based on the amazing progress so far. I'm so excited to be able to wear open back shoes and flip flops and not be embarrassed!This really softens feet so nicely. If you have cracked heels like mine you will definitely need to file your heels every day too. But it absolutely works!

Update: I was skeptical! But after a week of use, I am thoroughly impressed and will be reordering. I run, in the summer go barefoot around my house, and in the winter months everything feels dry; so with all of that, my heels and feet can feel and look dry and rough. However, this cream is a game-changer! I haven't used any other form of exfoliation while using this treatment and the difference in how my feet look even after just a week--particularly since it is very dry and cold in the mountains right now--is very apparent. Love this stuff!A tip: You don't have to use this daily. In between I use vaseline (petrolatum) and between the two, my feet have never been softer. I just be sure to wear socks until absorption.------While this foot 'cream' is a little greasy like thinned out vaseline, and while you are rubbing it in, it'll feel as if your feet will be heavy and greasy feeling, it absorbs quickly and nicely. I do put socks on after application. I apply in the morning since I can't sleep in socks and wouldn't want any of the lotion on my nice sheets.It's thick but easily spreads--easy to apply. There's no scent at all that I can detect.After application, I don't even notice I have it on so that's a huge plus.My feet look so much better. My heels can be rather rough and dry in the winter, and in the summer I like to keep my feet nice and smooth for sandals and flip-flops. This will help quite a bit, along with other exfoliation that I do every so often.My feet do feel and look softer after a few applications. Sure, after one application your feet may look better but that really goes with any heavy emollient cream. I think with continued use this will help even more.I'm actually impressed with the results after about 5-6 uses.

My feet have been feeling very dry and rough and my heels have been very cracked lately. It drives me crazy because I hate the feel of them rubbing against my sheets and catching against fabric. On day 3 of using the ointment and they are no longer dry or rough and the cracks are mostly healed up now. The thick callouses on my big toes have started healing nicely as well. I can't stand wearing socks but I've been putting some on for a couple of hours after putting the ointment on and it has worked really well. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very hydrating and smells nice, but definitely did not fix my feet overnight.

I have been using this for years now,glad to discover the night version of it also..hopefully is just as good as the other one.Very hydrating ,where i feel my skin soft hours after i applied it ,a little goes a long way and it works well .

I’m really not a review person. I’m on my husband’s account, but I had to come on and review this stuff. My heels we’re so cracked and hurting to even walk on. I was desperate and then found this and I swear in one night it took away the pain and within like three or four days my heels look so much better. This is a literal miracle worker!!!!!
