Excellent at preventing cramps.
These taste great an dissolve well. Cheaper than other brand and good value. I missed a couple of days whilst I was away from home and the horrible cramps in my feet came back so I know they work well. Definitely recommend.

Magnesium tablets drink
One tablet in a glass of water is great for my intake, I find it difficult to swallow large pills. Magnesium is to help my leg muscles and nerves.
