I have used this for a week now and it works great. It targets your muscles and allows you to workout your abs while doing other tasks, working, or just relaxing watching TV. You can feel your abs contract and can change modes/intensities as needed.Similar products have been around for years, but this is a much improved version. The older products were not as comfortable and required weird gels that you would have to wash off and clean every time you used it. This one just requires a water, which makes it so much easier and convenient to use. A small refillable spray bottle is included and works great.I am already in pretty decent shape, but I want to keep it that way. I do some cardio and pushup/pullups, but I sometimes lack the motivation for sit-ups, so this is a great substitute. It's much more versatile since you can wear it while doing other things. I would highly recommend this as a way to help tone muscles.

I ordered this stimulator last year. I first used it today 4/8/25 due to health issues. I was impressed with the arm and stomach muscle contractions. A bit tingly at first but I got used to it quickly and soon turned its mode (contraction level) up.

The belt works very well. I use while I am running and doing crunches. Good battery life as its lasts hours. easy to fit around waist and really good strength! Great communication with the seller as well. Will buy another.

Works very well. Once you get used to operating it, it works well. I think only issue is the material is a little thin, which makes me wonder on longevity. As for operation I think it works well as described. Personally I would advise that when you use the belt, I would recommend a light misting of the skin as well because when you spray belt the water slides off as you're setting up.

Wow, this definitely engages your muscles and kicks up the workouts to another level! I could only tolerate a very low setting on my arms and they feel sore after using them without doing any additional arm workouts. The ab one works great too and I like all the different modes and settings. Instructions were very easy - you just spray the water bottle on the belt pads before use and from other reviews I have read from other similar products, it eliminates dealing with sticky pads and having to replace pads, so it makes it super easy. I’ve been using the arm belts on my legs as well (as it’s advertised as abs, legs, arms belt) but it’s rather tight on my legs, so it would be nice if they could provide two extensions for these. The ab belt comes with an extension but it’s huge so I don’t need the extension for my abs but would be helpful to have them for the smaller arm ones so it’s not so tight on my thighs. My thighs are on the larger size, and I can still use it on them, but just something to be aware of if you have bigger thighs. I guess you could maybe use the larger ab one around them if needed but you’d have to do it one leg at a time. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase and hope to see more muscle definition as I continue to use it on a consistent basis!
