I am extremely disappointed with this product. It did not meet my expectations The EMS muscle machine barely provides any noticeable challenge, even after trying all the intensity levels. The belt feels pretty bad in quality, and the equipment overall is difficult to place and use. It did not hold correctly, and I found myself correcting the belt more than doing any form of exercise. I saw no physical improvement on my body even after using it for a week. The massage feature is weak and had no real effect on recovery. Save your money, this product is a waste of time and doesn't deliver any real results.

Amazing, excellent product. Easy to setup and use the first day. Multiple strength options to use and that you can use on many body parts makes this even better! What I love most about it is I do some exercise at work, and my abs and biceps feel evenly worked out, so it's getting a complete job on my stomach and arm muscles. I started at the lowest level and made my way up. This is my second Mbody device, when this upgrade came out I bought it immediately. I take it on vacation, business trips, wear it during dog walks and trips to the store. Very low profile and discreet. My abs and biceps definitely are forming up quickly and I feel great about myself. I will add a before and after picture in a few weeks, I would abs-solutely recommend this!!

This is NOT going to take the place of regular exercise no matter what the TV ads say. That being said it dies a pretty good job. It fits well and is comfortable. The Velcro hold well.

I would likely rate this belt as one of the best right now on the market. It has different modes depending on the workout strength you want and also you don't need pads like other belts. I used it and already felt the soreness on my abs which shows that it works great. I would highly recommend buying this belt if you plan on getting a flat belly or even a six pack. The arm belts also are a nice addition and work very well. The most important thing is that you can wear it anywhere and without any effort you get a good workout. I highly recommend buying.

Seems to work well but need to restart and reset every 15 minutes. Very frustrating. Otherwise Easy to charge all three at same time. No sticky tape. Feels smooth on skin. Adjustable zones. Separate levels. Can use while doing other stuff. Large size not suitable for most women.

I had a hard time figuring it out but finally did. It doesn’t seem to work that well. I felt like it was stabbing my back with needles. Just don’t care for it! 😮‍💨 It was not at all what I expected. Disappointed ☹️

I have purchased a few different brands of these EMS technology things for atrophied muscles. These are by far, the strongest ones I’ve tried! I am gaining some muscle and getting stronger.The person that represents this small company on Amazon is a good guy. He stands behind his products.It’s great to be sitting watching TV while exercising. I’ve still got a ways to go on my tummy. 😕
