There are lot of article on the web calling it super food. It certainly has high amount of protein which is a great substitute if you are vegetarian. Lots of other nutrients too. One should do some research on the web oneself. It's pretty safe to consume too as no article (gone through plenty of them myself) I have found lists any side effects.Plus, this brand offers really low price, so it's not uneconomical to make it a part of one's regular diet. Definitely recommended.

This powder is having some side effects. It produces rashes on my skin. I take a small dosage of half spoon with lukewarm water. The rashes go away in two days once I stop taking it. I have consumed spirulina powder before, never had any side effects.

Everyone,Spirulina is good and it's always better to buy the organic one, don't fall in for the cheaper as this company sells un-certified spirulina, I received the package and it smells like manure or fertilized poop which means the spirulina is contaminated and hence I would recommend staying away from this and buy organic and certified!

Genuine Product, great price good quality.Must say the Spirulina powder is excellent.I just make a banana milk shake with slightly higher quantity honey (as Spirulina taste is a bit intolerable if you are one of those folks who don't like certain tastes like bittergourd, but trust bittergourd is nothing compared to Spirulina taste).but remember this is SUPERFOOD, one food which has everything. Trust me have this food everyone, atleast three spoons a day. Google it.You will wipe of 95% of your health issues, especially if you take from young age or if you are still not got any major health issues.So even if you don't health foods, no time or have an erratic lifestyle or don't workout. Trust me this food is a huge help, really huge help.Just Google it. The benefits are just too much. Offcourse, you need to buy a from a good brand and drink some extra water, as this food is 60 percent highest than any food on earth. (Not even whey protein, not to forget the cows are fed and all the processing that goes into making way).Spirulina is just sunlight, water and some Spirulina culture (powder) to start growing it.In this age of chemicals, foods getting adulterated, and lack of time, lack of healthy wholesome food. I found this product useless and unworthy of any visible results. I do not recommend this to any one do not be fooled by Usdpa and other useless certifications, actual results r zero, I want to return this remaining 800 grms if the company takes it back I will be relieved of the loss feeling.
