The rubber bands break
Balloons are great, bow up to a decent size, do pop if you push it though. It's the rubber bands that ruined it. the seemed hard and brittle. Some became more elastic if you slowly stretched them out 1st before use. but sadly most of them broke before getting the chance.

Awful quality
I know these are cheap but half the elastic snapped as we got them out the bag never mind let a child play with them!
